What does it mean to fund systemic change?

Many funders are recognising that we need to engage with the whole system around an issue. But what does it mean to fund systemic change?

Many funders are increasingly recognising that we need to engage with the whole system around an issue, tackling root causes and not just symptoms – be it poverty, homelessness, mental health or something else. But what does it actually mean to fund systemic change?

In this session, Women’s Resource Centre and Renaisi will explore what it means to change a system, how we can draw on ideas that already exist (such as the Black feminist scholar, Patricia Hill Collins) and how we can make the most impact with the resources we have.

The Festival is open to all members of London Funders. Unless otherwise specified, we are not able to accept bookings from non-members. If you’re a funder and interested in becoming a London Funders member, please find out more here.
