Building a resilient voluntary sector

In this collaborative session, The Berkeley Foundation and Cranfield Trust will explore the key components needed to build a resilient voluntary sector. Bringing together the Foundation’s learning from running the Resilience Fund since 2021 and Cranfield Trust’s experience of supporting over 700 organisations a year with pro bono management consultancy and mentoring, this session aims to look at how we define resilience, and what we can do to help organisations develop and strengthen the attributes they need to face the future with confidence.
