Building relationships across the sector: a relational approach to funding

What we’ve learnt from taking an approach to funding that places the relationship between communities and funders at its core.

In this session, the National Lottery Community Fund will highlight what we’ve learnt from taking an approach to funding that places the relationship between communities and funders at its core. This has included striving to empower communities, foster collaboration, and create sustainable positive change from the ground up.

By the end of session, attendees will:

  • Have an increased understanding of relational grant-making approaches.
  • Developed confidence to work in a targeted way when delivering outreach.
  • Deepened knowledge of some of the opportunities this approach to grant-making can foster.

The Festival is open to all members of London Funders. Unless otherwise specified, we are not able to accept bookings from non-members. If you’re a funder and interested in becoming a London Funders member, please find out more here.
