Join the National Lottery Community Fund's London team as we share insights from our work to improve access to funding for minoritised communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, East African women, the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller community, and the deaf community.
In this session, we’ll explore the strategies we used for targeted engagement, highlighting successes, challenges, and outcomes achieved. Participants will gain an increased understanding of relational grant-making approaches to support communities furthest away from accessing funding, develop confidence in delivering targeted outreach, and deepen their knowledge of the opportunities this approach offers. We’ll also discuss how the Fund’s equity-based approach strengthens our commitment to inclusive and impactful funding practices.
