The future is collaborative: lessons from Edinburgh’s first pooled fund

Join us as we reflect on the journey of the Regenerative Futures Fund in Edinburgh and explore key milestones, such as the formation of a lived experience decision-making panel and early capacity-building work with community organisations.

With nearly £6m raised through a cross-sectoral pooled fund, we are advancing place-based collaboration and preparing for the next stage of this 10-year programme.

This session will explore key milestones, including the formation of a lived experience decision-making panel and early capacity-building work with community organizations. Together, we’ll delve into the opportunities and challenges of pooled funds as a tool for transformational change, discuss strategies for shifting decision-making power to local residents, and examine how long-term collaboration can drive meaningful impact. Come share in our learning so far and connect with others working in similar spaces.

The Festival is open to all members of London Funders. Unless otherwise specified, we are not able to accept bookings from non-members. If you’re a funder and interested in becoming a London Funders member, please find out more here.
